Woman rescued from water at Pirate’s Cove

A Cal Fire rescue crew pulled an injured woman out of the water at Pirate’s Cove Thursday evening. [KSBY]
The woman suffered a leg injury and needed to be rescued shortly before 6 p.m. Minutes later, the Cal Fire crew arrived at the secluded beach near Avila and retrieved the woman from the water.
The crew then lifted her up a 20-foot cliff. The woman declined transportation to the hospital.
