A high speed chase Tuesday in Santa Maria ended after two suspects abandoned a vehicle leaving a 4-month-old infant lying unsecured on the back seat.

At about 10:30 p.m., an officer attempted a traffic stop of a vehicle that appeared to have two occupants. However, the driver of the blue Honda Civic attempted to evade police by speeding away.

The vehicle then spun out and the two suspects fled on foot.

Officers caught up with the passenger who was arrested on two outstanding warrants.

The baby girl’s father, 25-year-old Severiano Flores, was not found. Officers turned the infant over to Child Welfare Services and are continuing to search for Flores.

It takes a special kind of person to abandon one’s own infant! Wow. This guy is a winner through and through; no doubt the mother is, too, for picking such a winner.

Another ward of the state. Amnesty for all!

Goddamn pepsi-cans

Where is the mother?

Idiot. I certainly hope the DA’s office finds time to convict this clown on a host of charges.

There are many many many more just like this dirtbag and his cohort streaming across the border to the south every day.

and all will vote for who will give them the most free stuff in addition to what they can steal.
