Two drug dealers busted in Atascadero

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Unit searched two Atascadero residences last week, and arrested a man at each location for possession of heroin and other drugs for sale.
Narcotics investigators first served a search warrant at a home located on the 8000 block of Atascadero Road on July 1. The search netted 4.6 grams of heroin, .5 grams of methamphetamine, more than 181 grams of marijuana and $8,800 in cash.
The heroin had a street value of about $8,800 in cash. Detectives arrested 21-year-old Ross Carl Fitzpatrick for possessing the drugs for sale.
On July 3, investigators searched an apartment located on the 5000 block of Capistrano Avenue and discovered a honey oil lab. They found 10.7 grams of honey oil, 10.6 grams of the drug methylone, 54.6 grams of heroin and more than 238 grams of marijuana.
The heroin had a street value of approximately $11,000. Detectives arrested Blake William Owen, 23, for manufacturing a controlled substance and for possession of controlled substances for sale.
