Strampe and Drew Manness

San Luis Obispo police arrested four men at a house on Tuesday for alleged drug offenses.

In recent months, police received multiple reports of illegal activity occurring at a house in the 300 block of Tolosa Way. Over the last two weeks, officers conducted an investigation, which ended with the four arrests.

Police arrested Chad Strampe, 21, and Drew Manness, 25, for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Charles Simmons, 34, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and Raymond Arguelles, 32, was arrested for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

Officers released all four suspects on citations from the police department. Investigators request that anyone who has information about the crimes call police at (805) 781-7312 or Crime Stoppers at (805) 549-STOP.

Jesus how many of these fucking tweakers are there in SLO??

They need to get their shit together!

Meth. Natures genius method of weeding out the unfit.

Cited and released is what cops have to do with drug arrests because that is what liberal Californians voted for and idiot Jerry Brown signed into law. The cops want these druggies in jail and I’m sure the neighbors do to. This is Meth not just pot.

Personally I would call a drug house a place in which drugs are made or dispensed. Obviously, not what they found.

Too bad pathetic losers are a dime a dozen these days.

First this week, the guy with three DUI’s is free, then this. It’s getting so it’s not safe to roam the streets of SLO anymore.

You cannot be serious. Have you ever been outside SLO?

I guess the new approach is to just ticket people who run a drug house.

Let’s hope the soft-on-crime approach works!

Thousands spent on the investigation, then arrest, slap and release. Sounds like they didn’t even book then into the jail, no bail, no consequence!

The neighbors must be happy about this for sure! What a waste of time and money…
