Supervisor Adam Hill

FBI agents served a search warrant on San Luis Obispo County Supervisor Chair Adam Hill’s home on March 11, at the same time they were searching his office at the County Building, FBI spokesperson Laura Eimiller confirmed today.

Shortly after 7 a.m., FBI agents served a search and seizure warrant under seal to the County of San Luis Obispo. Agents then searched Hill’s office on the fourth floor, according to a county official.

Less than 10 miles away, agents were also searching Hill’s Pismo Beach home, which the last agent left around noon, according to a photographer for CalCoastNews who was parked outside Hill’s home.

Shortly afterwards, at 1:22 p.m., emergency personnel responded to Hill’s Shell Beach home for a medical emergency. Medical personnel then transported Hill, who allegedly attempted suicide, to a local hospital.

Hill was released from Arroyo Grande Hospital on March 12 after being placed on a psychiatric hold following the alleged overdose, according to county sources.

While county officials and the FBI are remaining mum about the reasons for the search warrant, for years people involved in the marijuana and development industries have accused Hill of soliciting monies for his support.

Since the March 11 raids, Hill has stopped attending county meetings.

Last week, county staff searched for Hill in an attempt to have him sign the county’s shelter at home order. The order notes that because Hill was unavailable, the emergency services director signed the document.

It is unclear when, or if, Hill plans to take an active role as the chair of the SLO County Board of Supervisors.

Soon a month will have passed and COVID-19 is now the news. In time, by comparison to the bad news, Adam Hill may become a hero for not dying and by his words of wisdom that comfort those who have lost loved ones. Heck, maybe the FBI will have to formally apologize to Adam for storming his personal / public life without cause and reward him with a large settlement for defamation of character? Two things that I’ve learned is that right is not always might and time will erode anything if allowed to. Just saying with an open mind.

Here’s a list of people who should be shaking in their boots

1. John Shoals

2. Jeff Lee

3. Helios Dayspring

4. Ryan Petetit

5. John Belsher

6. Heidi Harmon

7. The rest of the Progressive wackos on City Council

8. Oh Yeah, don’t forget Lil’ Adam!!

All have either taken or given bribes for favors. All must pay the price

9. Nick Andre — He works for Dayspring and he’s also politically connected to Harmon and Hill. If $$$$ was given to those two by Dayspring, Andre is involved. Good.

Nick Andre is leadership in the SLO Progressives, became partners with Helios Dayspring’s cannabis business Natural Healing Center, and is involved with Cal Poly’s NORML (National Organization for Reform of Marijuana Laws), owns web-development business Kumani which was on the payroll for Adam Hill’s 2016 campaign, both of Heidi Harmon’s campaigns, Jimmy Paulding’s campaign (he also managed the campaigns), and was given a coveted office in downtown SLO’s Hothouse. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

Anybody know where the 3rd raid was? Someone should. Do tell.

Jeff Lee’s house was raided a little while ago.

How’d they miss John Shoals’ place?

Shoals left town. He moved back to the Central Valley.

Thx for the info, sounds like you live up to your name.

The Tribune has finally weighed in on the FBI raid of (apparently) Adam Hill’s Pismo Beach residence. “An FBI spokeswoman said Thursday that a total of three properties were searched by agents on March 11, including the County Government Center in San Luis Obispo and a residence in Pismo Beach.”

The spokesperson said she “would not confirm the location of the third property but said Thursday that the agency is in talks with the U.S. Department of Justice about possibly releasing more details about their investigation given the public interest.”

Many thanks to Cal Coast News for being on the leading edge of local news.

The Tribune is assigning its crack investigative team to wait for the official press release from the U.S.A. government folks, and then write their story in a way that shades CalCoastNews’ bestest and fastest reporting on what really is this county’s story of the year. Very pro, Joe.

And The Tribune will again nominate themselves for an investigative journalism award, as they did after years of covering up for Kelly Gearhart and promoting him while he continued to loot senior investors as The Tribune, working with Gearhart, viciously attacking CCN, who broke the story, and then stole CCN’s work when the gig was up and then nominated themselves for an award!. Sorry Joe. The Tribune has no credibility
