Unlicensed illegal immigrant charged in crash killing Paso Robles man

The 25-year-old driver who crashed into and killed a Paso Robles man last week is an illegal immigrant who previously lost his license, authorities said.

On the morning of Dec. 4, a 63-year-old Paso Robles man was driving a Lexus westbound on Highway 46 East when he stopped for a red light at Golden Hill Road. Gean Marco HuamanCastro, who was born in Mexico, was headed in the same direction in a Freightliner box truck when he failed to slow down and crashed into the back of the Lexus.

The 63-year-old man died at the scene.

Officers arrested HuamanCastro for vehicular manslaughter and booked him in San Luis Obispo County Jail. He was released from jail before an immigration detainer was filed.

Prior to the crash, HuamanCastro’s driver’s license was suspended.

Wait, what? Vehicular manslaughter and released from jail? No driver’s license means no ID. The bail has to be $20K or more. Who paid it? If not cash, who was the bail bondsman? It was a commercial truck, so what company was it owned by who hired an illegal and gave him a truck to drive without a license. Finally, is our Republican DA not arguing for no bond and is our Republican Sheriff not cooperating with ICE? Let’s go Karen. Looks like a juicy story.

It’s just unbelievable that Castro was released from County jail so quickly before ICE could detain him. Who exactly is responsible for this? What’s going on here? Was this even an accident? Why are so many Americans being killed by illegal aliens?

Additionally, KSBY manipulatively avoided and ignored the fact that the truck driver was operating his big rig with a suspended driver license. Another manipulation by KSBY is their story closed with a statement that there was no alcohol or drugs involved, clearly an attempt to soften any negative opinion upon the illegal driver.
