Paso Robles home catches fire

fireA fire broke started outside a Paso Robles house Monday morning and spread into the home’s garage.

Paso Robles firefighters responded to the blaze around 11:40 a.m. Monday. The fire occurred at a home located at 437 Rose Lane.

The firefighters managed to extinguish the fire before it spread from the garage into the core of the house. All occupants of the home safely evacuated, and no injuries occurred as a result of the fire.

Investigators are still determining the cause of the fire, as well as the resulting dollar loss.

Cal Fire and the Atascadero Fire Department assisted the Paso Robles Emergency Services Department in responding to the fire. A total of 12 firefighters from the three agencies assisted in fighting the fire and directing traffic.
