The Pismo Beach Police Department is investigating the discovery of a body on the rocks near Spindrift Village in Shell Beach.

The body, discovered around noon by a construction worker doing a job at a home above the bluffs, is described as an Hispanic male in his 30’s who weighs between 275 to 300 pounds.
