The eighth Annual Spirit of Small Business Awards Luncheon, held at Fess Parker’s Double Tree Resort, celebrated the achievements of small businesses from San Luis Obispo, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Award winners included Thoma Electric of San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria based PC Mechanical.
Spirit of Small Business is produced by Pacific Coast Business Times and co-sponsored by the Los Angeles District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Congresswoman Lois Capps delivered opening remarks for the event which featured key note speaker Lt. Gov. Abel Maldonado.
