Atascadero man arrested for stealing clothes, deodorant and a gun from neighbor

San Luis Obispo Sheriff deputies arrested a man for allegedly entering an unlocked Atascadero home where he took a shower before stealing several items including clothing, toiletries, prescription drugs and a gun.
The occupant of a home on the 12000 block of Salinas Road reported the burglary early Tuesday morning. Deputies canvassed the area and found Jacob Johnson living in a storage trailer parked located on a nearby property.
Johnson answered the storage trailer door wearing a shirt, pants and slippers from the burglary.
Johnson was arrested for possession of stolen property.
