Yepez faces the possibility of life in prison if convicted of the murder of 17-year-old Gabriel Salgado, an Oceano resident with no gang ties, and a 14-year-old boy Yepes allegedly shot in the leg.

Throughout Monday’s hearing, prosecutors and a district attorney investigator detailed the day of the fatal shooting. Yepez, allegedly angry over an encounter with Nipomo gang members, shot randomly at a group of Oceano teenagers after failing to track down the Nipomo gang members.

There is actually quite a bit good that happens in Oceano. If you just consider the growers and packing houses alone, that is pretty danged good by itself.

Is that where the 24000 plants that were found in North County going to be processed ? It would have been good. !

I have a bad feeling about this “wearing-a-wire” business.

That little wire is the thing that kept Him ……out of a long time in the slammer !

Fortunately, the friend felt guilty enough about what Armando did that he just couldn’t live with himself.

Armando. on the other hand must have had meth addicts for parents or maybe his baby sitter dropped him on his head or maybe he’s just a despicable coward who deserves the death penalty.

Armando (and his 18th street gang friends) make me question my long held opposition to the death penalty. They are far more like vicious animals then humans.

Question: What’s the difference between a bat s–t crazy Taliban Mullah and a Hispanic gang banger?

ANSWER: Absolutely nothing; they both operate on pleistocene age tribal morality.

Tribal morality is at the root of bigotry, too. Look in the mirror.

Look to Tampa, tribal morality meeting there right now.

With friends like that, who needs enemies?

Yep……………… Thats what friends are for. But.. as always…….. look out for number one. Bet that He was ratheer shakey wearing a wire. Does anything really good happen in Oceano ???
