Escort service mishap leads to strong arm robbery

A man was robbed by four people on Wednesday he engaged with thinking he was contacting an escort service.
The suspects allegedly robbed the man of $120 and pepper sprayed him on the 1000 block of Sunset Drive in San Luis Obispo at about 1 p.m. They then fled in a yellow Ford SUV.
Officers discovered the vehicle on Highway 101 and arrested the suspects near South Higuera Street. They found the cash and pepper spray in the SUV.
Police said they are continuing to investigate.
