A Santa Margarita man who allegedly shot another man in the face during a family argument was arrested early Saturday morning in Atascadero.

At about 6:20 a.m., Steven Lee Gregge, 43, allegedly shot Nickolas John Gulley, 21, at a home on the 2200 block of Parkhill Road in Santa Margarita.

Gregge and two other people fled the scene while another person drove Gulley to a Cal Fire station. Emergency personnel then transported Gulley to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and then to a Bay Area hospital. His condition is not currently available.

Officers from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff Office and Atascadero Police Department arrested Gregge on the 7600 block of Atascadero Avenue at about 8 a.m.

Officers booked Gregge into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on felony charges of attempted murder and threatening with an attempt to terrorize. His bail is set at $500,000.

The investigating agencies need to look at the woman, Katie Elder and her one son…and the other”adopted” son…for which ended up as the alleged “Victim”!!! Things are not what they appear to be…especially when in actuality…Self Defense…when all the facts, were to be made aware…Would be reality…

Like Armando’s stiletto Santa Margarita delivers. I’m confident meth was not a factor.

+1 for Robert Williams / R Crumb reference.
