A 55-year-old San Luis Obispo man stabbed another man in the torso early Sunday morning at the Burger King at the corner of Madonna and Los Osos Valley roads.
Shortly after 7 a.m., an argument between James Angelico, 55, escalated with Angelico stabbing the other person. Angelico then got on his bicycle and fled the area.
Officers arrived and found a man with a laceration on his torso at the Burger King. He was treated at the scene and released.
A few blocks away, police discovered Angelico at the McDonalds on Madonna Road.
Officers booked Angelico into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on an assault with a deadly weapon charge. His bail was set at $25,000.
