The girls returned home at night and told their parents what happened. The parents called the sheriff’s office and detectives began investigating.
Ramirez was arrested and charged with several counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old and one count of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 by force.
Officers booked Ramirez in San Luis Obispo County Jail. He remains in jail with bail set at $100,000, according to the sheriff’s office website.
