Dawn doesn’t have a Legg to stand on

So let’s see. Dawn Ortiz-Legg wants to be a lawmaker. However, she can’t grasp the 6th amendment? Part of which states that when arrested you have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you.
You would think someone who had been involved in the process of being arrested could catch on to this concept.
I bet you that she was read the Miranda warning when she was arrested. Jordan Cunningham is up holding the Sixth Amendment when he represents “dangerous criminals.”
I am sure Dawn Ortiz-Legg did not consider herself a “dangerous criminal” when she was arrested. Do you think Ortiz-Legg considers her attorney a person who works to put “dangerous criminals back on the street.”
There is another part of our constitution that Ortiz-Legg is forgetting, Article 23 of the Constitution: a person is innocent until proven guilty. Is it possible those “dangerous criminals” that Cunningham represents could be innocent?
It appears that Ortiz-Legg wants to take us back in time when the King could throw you in the dungeon where you would rot without the representation of council. Real progressive Ortiz-Legg!
