Transient threatens 3 women in Cayucos

September 11, 2012

Richard Lugo

A transient forced his way into a Cayucos home at 2:30 a.m. today while three women hid in a bedroom and called 911.

Richard Lugo, 42, was allegedly pounding on the victim’s front door while claiming to have a gun. He then broke into the home and began damaging property.

Deputies arrived to find Lugo in the front yard of the residence. Deputies arrested Lugo for burglary and felony vandalism and booked him into San Luis Obispo County Jail with bail set at $50,000.

From the looks of his stitched up dome I’d say Lugo met NightStick-O. It doesn’t however take away from the lowlife look he’s comfortable with.

“If a thief is found breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no bloodguilt for him, but if the sun has risen on him, there shall be bloodguilt for him. He shall surely pay. If he has nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.” ( Exodus 22:2-3)

Barring the fact of three women being together at 2:30 am, which I will not touch, so to speak, these Sisters of Eve should have had a firearm for their protection.

If this fool name Richard Lugo was touting the fact that he had a gun, then these women should have met him at their front door blazing away after they opened it! Stupidity should not be rewarded because it self-perpetuates itself.

Then their subsequent trial is based upon the godly passage above. How can any county prosecutor argue against the inspired word of the Hebrew-Christian God? If they do, then they directly go against His word in this respect. Then it simply deduces to the fact that they know more than the bible God. Can you smell the sulfur lakes of hell upon the prosecutors demise? Sure you can.

Ted, ONCE again, you’ve shown all of us what an ignorant, misinformed fool you are…

RU4Real,

In what way my dear godly and earthly passenger? Uh, you left that part out again. :(

Another peek into the future.

I’m curious if the guy knew any of the women or was this a random attack?

Regardless, I’m glad the sheriff deputies got there quickly and caught this sicko.

Too bad they weren’t armed…Bang! Problem solved.

Good thing he didn’t come to my house, because the Coroner would have to have been called out to transport him to the morgue…

What ever happened to the word, “vagrant”?

The Gimlet Eye……….vagrant? You surely mean “SCUMBAG”

I could think of a long string of adjectives for him. I’m wondering whether he is a sign of the times?

No doubt another “illegal” freeloader…
