Paso Robles man arrested for possession of child porn

Paso Robles police arrested a registered sex offender on Thursday for possession of child porn.

Police received a tip that Robert McGuire, 37, was browsing Facebook at the Apple Store in San Luis Obispo. McGuire is barred from possessing a smartphone or a computer.

When police discovered McGuire in the Salinas River bed, a check of his cell phone revealed child pornography. Officers arrested McGuire for violating the terms of his probation and possessing child pornography.

He was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on a no-bail hold.

And let’s take them all to SLO with free housing, bus passes, food, health care, social counseling, cigarettes, booze, cell phones, laundry and anything else we can thing of to make their life more enjoyable at our expense while they sit around and enjoy it and complain about the people working for a living and being taxed to pay for all this. BUILD IT AND THEY SHALL COME (in groves), SLO will have homeless during the day and drunk students at night in paradise, Nice!

I am thankful that the city of Paso Robles spent tax dollars to build a beautiful walk way down in the river bed so innocent people will be more accessible to these fine citizens. We have the capability to track these individuals and this dirt bag sex offender should not ever see the light of day.

So, let’s see… this guy spends his nights sleeping in the Salinas riverbed I guess HE can live there but those eeevil families w/ATV’s would be fined] , wakes up, hops a bus to SLO town… then spends his days strolling thru downtown, perusing child porn at the Apple store…

And guess WHO PAYS for this creep’s food, cell phone, cigarettes, booze, and healthcare! US!

Not just the phone, but obviously a data plan, assuming he downloaded the child porn into the phone…

I saw this man being arrested and thought of the two men going door to door in the surrounding neighbor and wondered if anyone has checked on the number of homeless in the riverbed around the Niblick Bridge. We seem to have many more homeless on the streets in that area.
