Early Wednesday, a 2012 Chevy Impala passed a sheriff’s patrol car heading in the opposite direction. The deputies ran the plates of the Impala and saw that it was reported stolen out of Lompoc.
The deputies arrested Natalie Rae Fuentes, 28, and Anthony Scott Davenport, 19, for auto theft, criminal conspiracy, possession of a forged driver’s license and receiving stolen property.
Fuentes and Davenport are in San Luis Obispo County Jail on $500,000 bail.
The Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the case.
