Sports car, semi collide on Highway 46

Emergency responders treated patients for major injuries Sunday evening after a Ford Mustang collided head-on with a semi-truck in Northeastern San Luis Obispo County. [KSBY]
The crash occurred just before 5 p.m. on Highway 46 near the intersection with Highway 41. The black-colored Mustang landed in a ditch.
Traffic slowed near Cholame for nearly three hours following the accident. The CHP said the lanes were cleared at around 8 p.m.
Officials have not released the identities of those who suffered injuries in the crash.
