San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 29-year-old Templeton man Thursday for allegedly downloading and then distributing child porn.

After receiving information that child pornography was being downloaded and distributed from a computer located at a residence in the 20 block of Lone Oak Way in Templeton, deputies served a search warrant. Detectives seized two computers, five laptops and 25 hard drives which contained photos and videos of pre-pubescent children engaged in sexual acts.

Detectives arrested Jeffrey Paul Gentile on one count of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography, both of which are felonies and booked him into the San Luis Obispo County Jail. Gentile has since bailed out of jail.

The investigation is continuing.

They should put him in the dorm for the big dudes with priors, give him no bail, and let the inmates sort it out :P See how many had drives he takes in jail!!

Castration is the only solution.

25 hard drive? This guy was a serious perv!

It would not surprise me if many of those 25 “hard drives” were USB flash drives simply mis-labeled in the story.

How can 2 people have a problem with that comment? Unbelievable!

Despite the wording of the article, it does not mean that he had 25 hard drives of child pornography. It simply means he had 25 hard drives. It is very likely that is in tech and that half those drives don’t even work.
