Elvis is entering the building
January 8, 2010
We don’t know if this is Cal Poly Arts’ way of apologizing for the Judy Tenuta New Year’s Eve concert, or not. But tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. for the iconic Elvis Costello, showing up for a solo gig at the Performing Arts Center on Monday, April 12.
This should be one of the hotter tickets of the season. Costello (real name: Decian MacManus) is a British singer/songwriter who came of age with punk rock and New Wave music and ended up working with the likes of Burt Bacharach and Paul McCartney. His amazing career spans 40 years.
Order tickets by calling 756-2787 or try the web site http://www.calpolyarts.org.
