On Friday at about 10:40 a.m., two men, armed with screwdrivers and possibly knifes, allegedly forced their way into a home on the 300 block of Arabian Lane.
The men found Luan Nguyen and his 19-month-old niece watching TV in his rented room. The robber then bound Nguyen’s hands and feet while the baby wailed. [KCOY]
The robbers ransacked the home looking for gold and jewelry and eventually left empty handed after warning the man not to call the police.
With the assistance of his niece, who opened the door, Nguyen was able to escape and call 911.
Police are looking for three men, a driver and the two robbers. One of them is described as being between 30 to 35 years old, 5’6″, and weighing about 170 to 180 pounds.
