Teen crash victim identified

Paso Robles police have identified the woman who was killed in a single car accident early Friday as 19-year-old Jenna Clarice Burgener.
Shortly after 1 a.m., Burgener was headed south on Spring Street when her car hit a parked vehicle, struck a curb and rolled onto its driver’s side. A police officer discovered the wrecked vehicle at the intersection of Third and Spring streets.
Burgener was pronounced dead at the scene. It is currently unknown if alcohol or drugs were a factor in this collision.
