Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte, 34, is accused of killing Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy Danny Oliver and Placer County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael David Davis Jr. The killings occurred during a six-hour rampage that spanned the two counties, involved multiple carjackings and wounded another officer and a civilian.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said Saturday that Monroy-Bracamonte was deported in 1997 following a conviction in Arizona for possession of narcotics for sale. In 2001, officers arrested him again and repatriated him to Mexico a second time.

ICE officials are requesting that the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office transfer Monroy-Bracamonte to the immigration agency, so that it can begin deportation proceedings.

Following the rampage, the suspect was booked under the name Marcelo Marquez. Officials now say that name is an alias.

Janelle Marque Monroy, the 38-year-old wife of the alleged killer, is also in jail on an attempted murder and carjacking charge. She accompanied Monroy-Bracamonte for much of the rampage.

I’m not sure if our border policy is worse than our foreign policy, but both of these tragic leadership failures fall squarely in the lap of Obama and Clinton.

Just Obama and Clinton? Isn’t that a bit myopic? What was Bush’s (or even Regan’s) great claim on border securing? Heck, what was ANY president’s claim?

Granted, the border is so insecure during Obama’s reign that he can claim to have deported MORE illegals than Bush (a lot more, actually) and yet we still have more illegal crossings.

The only way to really destroy America (which is an IDEA, not a place) is to water it down. How is that done? Redistribution. Not of money, but of culture and ideas not American. Just my crazy theory.

recidivist. when will we learn?

So they can begin deportation proceedings? Not again. This guy is a prime candidate fro lethal injection not a free trip back to Mexico where he will be forgiven-again.

Isn’t it the duty of the Government to secure our borders to protect our people? Government officials who allow the invasion should be put in jail. The people who are harmed by illegal aliens should sue the Government.

Not only do we need a wall along our southern border, we need a moat filled with very large alligators.

Marcelo Marquez must have been his name on his California Issued Drivers License. Or perhaps they found his state issued contractors or attorneys license?

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

I know……….”Insanity. n. mental illness of such a severe nature that a person cannot distinguish fantasy from reality, cannot conduct her/his affairs due to psychosis, or is subject to uncontrollable impulsive behavior.” Well folks, as a society I think were close to satisfying this definition.

Gotta love that open border policy!! I’m sure the families of the people killed, carjacked, and otherwise terrorized during the rampage are equally enamored.

The most ridiculous part of the story is that ICE officials wish to deport him a 3rd time. Will they be surprised when he comes back and kills some more people?

Imagine that…twice deported. He must have returned in a panga boat chasing the dream of getting a drivers license, medical and auto insurance, going to college, then on to law school, possibly becoming a judge, and being granted amnesty….ah yes, welcome to California

This time…EXECUTE him.

Doing the Jobs Americans won’t do……..
