…And in a shout-out to Cal Fire, Paso Robles Police announced on the spot they would bill the driver twenty thousand dollars, about one thousand dollars per foot, for costs of extricating the driver………

Unfortunately, an inter-agency gentleman’s argument ensued at the crash site when the Cal Fire incident chief accosted the PRPD representative and accused PRPD of “copying our funding strategy”.

After brief combative fisticuffs, the uniformed participants suddenly realized they are ALL on the same route to a whopping pension bandwagon, handshakes were exchanged, and everyone left smiling.
